Call Log

The Call Log page displays all recorded calls between your phone system and the phone number associated with the customer.

Each call is displayedentry in the followingcall format:

Note expandedthat menuin withcertain conditions, it is possible for a lengthy call to have a disposition of "MISSED". This usually occurs when a transfer is involved (to a parking spot, or otherwise) and the fullcustomer detailshangs up. Unfortunately all "MISSED" calls are assigned a talk time of the"0 call.

Be warned however, these call logs are direct from the phone system and are very verbose, and include all of the information tied with the phone callSeconds", which canis generatemisleading. hundreds or thousands of lines.
