Call Log

The Call Log page displays all recorded calls between your phone system and the phone number associated with the customer.

 

Each call is displayed in the following format:

Call ID ###### | Start Time - End Time (Time Elapsed)

 

Clicking on any of the calls displayed will open up an expanded menu with the full details of the call.

Be warned however, these call logs are direct from the phone system and are very verbose, and include all of the information tied with the phone call which can generate hundreds or thousands of lines.

 

If you believe there is an issue with your Phone System, it may be better to contact AMS with your question for assistance with looking into your phone logs.
