Admin Home

The Admin Home page gives an overview of both your company as a whole, and the data the Counterpoint Cloud Platform is currently associating with your company.

 

Cloud Platform Database

This section gives you a quick glance at some of the information associated with your company, within the Cloud Platform. This data isn't necessarily in the same format you view it in, and therefore may appear different from the numbers you expect. 

 

Branch Graphs

Branch graphs offer you two different views of your sales, based on one or all of your branches. To switch branches, use the drop down menu in the top right of the panel.

Top Clerks

The top clerks graph shows you your top 5 clerks , based on total value of sales. For a detailed breakdown of sales by clerk, click the "Detailed Clerk Report" button in the top right of the panel.

Branch Sales Heatmap

The branch sales heatmap shows you the time (hour) of each of your month to date sales for the currently selected branch, by day of the week. The higher the value within the cell, the darker the blue background becomes.

Due to the nature of a Month to Date graph based on the calendar days,  some days in the graph will appear empty at the start of the month.

 

Branch Stats

The Branch stats column gives you a quick glance at some per-branch statistics. Using the drop down menu in the top right of the panel, you can select a branch to view specific stats for.
